R. LeRae Worthington
Rochelle "LeRae" Worthington is a seasoned and passionate retirement professional with 30 years of experience in the pension world. She assumed the roll of Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and purchased The Allocation Company, Inc. in 2006 succeeding Kenneth Altvater.
LeRae is responsible for the executive oversight of the The Allocation Company's staff consisting of 10+ professionals and 500+ qualified retirement plans.
With 30 years of experience in the retirement and consulting field, she has a vast knowledge of plan design, consulting with employers on all aspects of their plans, as well as complex administration.
She is currently a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).
LeRae is a Texas native who has spent many years living in the Houston area. In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, reading, and tailgating with friends and family at Houston sporting events (Texans and Dynamo games).
